So this is what I've decided to do. As NaNo is coming up and I have nothing worthwhile to actually write, I'm going to use November as an excuse to get all my prompts done. Which means I'll probably ask for a lot more, else I'll run out of things to write and that would be horrible.

He wasn't unused to company. Any of their extended 'family' was welcome to just waltz in whenever they damn well pleased, but being in the middle of nowhere meant even Sam would have had to travel an hour just to get to Vulture without angelic or demonic assistance. So most of the time that Gabriel was off on business found Dean alone. Alone was boring.

Which is why he didn't hesitate that much when inviting Dino to stay awhile while he looked for a home. A semi-permanent guest couldn't be that bad. And the house he's working on is almost done, so they didn't even have to share the same place when they got sick of each other.

Though he'd have to double his supply of alcohol. That was a given.

He sits backs on his heels, studying the roof paneling he'd just finished, barely paying attention to the work. How long would it take before he got totally sick of himself?

Serena is Modestynygirl and hopefully used with permission, but with much much love anyway. Also, I fail at html and I am going to go hide in a ditch or something now. This is ridiculous. ^^;

"I can't believe you talked me into growing my hair."

Serena swatted the side of his head playfully as she finished cutting a few strands behind Dean's ear. "Stop complaining. You agreed to this and it's either your hair or the fake tattoos."

Dean wrinkled his nose, staring mournfully at the mirror. He watched her add a disturbing amount of gel to his hair and tried to keep from saying anything. Not that by trying he actually succeeded. "Green isn't my color." He whined after she finished spiking what was still long into a mohawk.

"It'll wash out."

He turned to watch her as she left to go wash her hands. "I'm not going out in public!"

A giggle from the other room. "Then you shouldn't have bet against me!"

Damn, she had a point. Anytime he bet against her he tended to lose dignity. And yet, he willingly walked into this mess time and time again.

He stood up and poked at his hair, managing to keep from moaning about how ridiculous he looked. Hearing her start humming cheerfully, he smirked and moved silently into the other room, appearing behind her without warning. She made a startled squeak when he wrapped his arms around her.

"You know, I think you get me to do these things because you know your Dean won't do it." He murmured teasingly into her ear, pulling her close.

Serena twisted in his arms and patted his cheek soothingly. "You're just jealous because I save all the really 'fun' stuff for you." Just as teasing, and she wiggled out of his arms, bouncing over to a table where she left her camera. "Now, stand still so I can take a picture!"

Dean rolled his eyes and turned around, crossing his arms. One eyebrow raised, he curled his lips into a wicked smirk. "Did you want me to pose nude for you too?"

He just barely managed to avoid the pillow she threw at him, laughing.

So... hi everyone, this is Stars. I'm a friend of Danni's and she asked me to pass along a message to you guys.

She's back at home, but they aren't getting her dad's check until Wednesday.  So she won't be able to tag back on any of her threads until then.  She might be able to get on tomorrow and ninja tag, but she doesn't know.  She also said "Don't blow up."
